I've never regretted only staying 1 night in a place more than this one!! What a wonderfully decorated cozy place to relax and just escape. Clean very friendly staff and just down right homey! I sure hope to come back again and spend more time!

We loved this place. All the rooms have their own identity. There is a sitting area with a library. Everything was so clean. The bed wonderful. the pillows..wow. The staff was so friendly. And the attached bar and restaurant was a great addition because after a long day all we wanted to do was relax not drive around looking for somewhere to eat. Hope someday to pass by here again for a return visit.

Loved staying here! I didn't eat at the restaurant but the inn was beautiful. Loved the cute bathroom, it was huge and had a cute clawfoot tub. Loved the vaulted ceilings in the room I stayed in. The room felt very homey. Love that they have stuff from the mill decorating the place. Keeping part of its history intact in historical buildings is important when making them into places to stay, and they did a great job of it. I definitely want to stay again in some of the different rooms. Also wanted to see if I got an "paranormal activity" as I've heard it happens though nothing happened inside I heard some strange noises outside that I assumed were animals...but then again...I will be back for sure!

Hello Michelle, so glad you enjoyed your stay. Yes, the Grist Mill was put on the haunted house registry in the 1970's and later converted to the Inn in 1980's. We've had a handful of guests say they've seen paranormal activity over the years, but our staff have never experienced anything. We'd love to see you again sometime!

This is a great place to stay. It's kind of quaint and really quiet, we like it that way. The food is good too.
